Hmm...menurut saya kita harus kasi gaji sesuai dengan
kerjaannya....dan kita harus memilah gaji, misal :
gapok + UMUT (uang makan + uang transport)total gaji
kotornya....
contoh
gapok 400
UMUT 100
kotor 500
pake target minimal aja klo masuk target minimal op ya
kita kasi bonus apalagi klo mencapai target maksimal
udah pasti bonusnya lbh gd lagi...yg penting
oprasional ketutup smua...lgian klo ga da mreka repot
juga kan...tapi klo lg sepi (kaya liburan mhs) kita
kasi gaji kotornya...kita komit sbelum op itu kerja...
klo di warnet saya, masa liburan gini...ni...sy bek'ap
dgn tiket pesawat, kan byk mhs yg mo plng kampung nah
jualan tuh tiket pesawat...tp dgn cttn hrs online
system klo via telp...sama aja bo'ong....abis ma
pulsa...
