Dear Temans,
Mau tanya nih, ada customer dg komputer 5 unit terkoneksi LAN.
Aplikasi ms word problem intermitten, pada saat open document.
Langsung muncul error,dan harus di-close.
Klo sudah kumat, hampir semua document ketika di-open akan error terus.
Paling2 solusi melakukan restart, lumayan membantu, tidak keluar error lagi.
Tapi esok hari bisa kumat lagi.
O/S windows 2000, Office XP.
Sudah dicoba downgrade ke Office2000, 2 bulan pemakaian lancar, tapi setelah
itu mulai kumat sering muncul error.
Aku pikir karena ada bentrok dg Norton antivrius 2003, fitur office plugins
sudah disable. Tapi ternyata masih error juga.
Mungkin teman2 ada yg pernah alami kejadian seperti ini.
