When I have an ASP web application in Windows 2003 server, I have to reference the
Microsoft ActiveX Data Object 2.5, or 2.7 whatever. Click 'Add reference', choose COM
tab, find Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects Library 2.5, select and OK. However, when go
to the object's properties window, I find the path is actually C:\Documents and
Settings\XXXX\VSWebCache\.......\obj\Interop.ADODB.dll. I have set up the same ASP
application in multiple Windows 2000 environment either with 1.0 Framework or 1.1
Framework. In Windows 2000, after referencing Microsoft ADO 2.5, the path should be
C:Winnt\assembly\GAC\ADODB\7.0.3300.0......................,

Why does that happen in Windows 2003? Is this an known issue, or I may set up
something wrong in Windows 2003?

Thanks a lot.
