I have an ASP.Net application running on Windows 2003 and Microsoft Framework 1.1. Everytime the application runs to OracleDataAdapter.Fill() method, it has the "ORA-24338: statement handle not executed" error, and dataset can't be filled. I have Oracle 8.1.7 client installed in this Windows 2003 web server. When the same .Net application runs on Windows2000/Framework1.0, or Windows 2000/Framework1.1, it does not have the problem. I do not know what is going on here. Does anyone have the same experience? Thanks.
