I am looking into a "standard" way to do logging for my applications. I have used Log-4-J a good deal and thus have an interest in Log-4-N... I know there is a logging code block from Microsoft was well. Does anyone have any good reasons that would disqualify either one as a choice? I am afraid that I will choose Log-4-N due to familiarity and Microsoft will some how time their logging into .Net tighter making it a waste using Log-4-N... thoughts?
