There are some comparisons out in the blogosphere.

Conclusions where:

Log4Net can be a bitch to get running, but if your familiar with log4j I 
don't think you will have a problem here. Since the configuration is about 
the same.

Entlib logging is more complicated and is slower when you look at a bare 
bones comparison, you are also tied in to using / installing the entire 
Entlib setup.
