Greg,

When and where does the study group meet? I for one was not aware that such a group existed.

We've been holding an MCSD/ASP.Net study group for the last couple of months.  That group is what will probably morph in to a User Group.  If enough people show interest (and committment) we might start up a study group again.

Greg,

I would be more interested in a study group in downtown DC. Any hopes for that?

The ASP.Net MCSD study group is considering morphing in to an inner DC user group.  The goals of this group will be similar to those out in the burbs with one main distinction, it'll be in DC.  The first question I have is what is your interest level?  Would you come to a .Net User Group in the city on Tuesday evenings?  Given the following first topic, would you come?

The current plan is to have the first meeting on June 15th at 6:30pm.  We'll be talking about VS.Net 2005 (Whidbey) looking in particular at the new debugging features built in to the IDE and practical uses of generics.  More details to come as the day approaches.

The meeting will be held at 1330 U St NW which is at U Street Cardozo on the Green line as well as many bus routes.

Looking forward to hearing anyone's thoughts and suggestions.

Greg
