Subject: [AspNetMetroArea] DC User Group is starting!

Given the very positive feedback I got about the DC User Group we've decided to kick this group off!

The first meeting  will be this Tuesday (June 15th) at 6:30pm.  We'll be talking about VS.Net 2005  (using the latest preview - May Community Preview - Whidbey) looking in particular at the new debugging features built in to the IDE , some practical uses of generics, and (maybe) the newly announced Team System.   Make sure to come to see all of the new features and helpful tools which will make our lives as developers easier and allow us to write much better code.  All skill levels are completely welcome.

The meeting will be held at 1330 U St NW.   The closest metro is U Street Cardozo on the Green line and it's about 1 and a half blocks away.  The best place to park is on 13th street.  I've never had any trouble finding a spot there within a few blocks.  Our space is just above Urban Essentials, you will see the door to the left of UE.  There is a buzzer next to the door, ring it when you are here and someone will buzz you up.  The meeting will be on the second floor, come up one flight of stairs and turn right in to the reception area and you'll see the conference room right in front of you.

If you have any questions feel free to send me an email.
