India is soon be No. ONE in HIV cases (already 5 million out of a world total of 30 million HIV/AIDS victims are in India).  WHO does not believe India's claim that it has reduced in one year its HIV rate dropped from 500,000 new cases per year to only 28,000 new cases per year.
