Yes it is rare, and they do exist Bhuban da, and I am optimistic.
Recently, I read in the AT (I think) that this young man (in Upper Assam) has been 'exporting' Jahaji kol to Mumbai for the last several years, and has been doing great. He started with a small plantation, and now has grown into multiple large plantations. Seeing his success, others too have got into the same thing.
