Many thanks once again for your generous donation to ASSUK Assam Flood
Relief Fund; response to our appeal is also very slow.  In the next few days
we are planning to see the High Commissioner here to press I.G. for
redoubling the relief effort ; the problem at the moment is to get an
appointment to see him.  Hope to post a progress report soon.  regards
