Raiz, just an update -  if you are unaware Indian DPM  Advani I gathered
will be visiting selected western capitals from next week;  London HC is
holding a reception at the Kensington Palace Gardens on 21 August evening
and  he will be going on to the States (first stop NY ?) threafter.  Any
