+ + He is a common thug / criminal. However, in a society where such hafta
+ + collectors go rampant - and don't just affect shady businesses (such as
+ + loan sharking, construction, prostitution, smuggling), but mainstream
+ + businesses and normal, ordinary citizens, I, personally would term them as
+ + terrorists.

i can understand some of the vice businesses like
prostitution, smuggling, etc. but why did you include construction?
why didnt you include entertainment?

what is rampant-ness? a common criminal and a terrorist, in your
eyes, are very different creatures. one deserves a run-of-the-mill
punishment, but i think the others deserve to be killed even without a
trial. let me know if i am wrong. what is this condition of "rampant-ness"
that transforms a common criminal into a terrorist?
