the police could indeed be lying about his whereabouts, but I am sure the cell system has to know which cell the call originates and terminates in. thats because both caller and callee is charged based on home-area, roaming etc. billing these days is again very detailed giving a list of all individual calls.
the court,NHRC can order the details to verify. Mr. Krishna if proven wrong will get into trouble. all his lack of degrees, police cases, IT violations will be dragged in. I hope he knows whats he is doing.
The other thing I am curious about is what if the desi-experts are no experts at all?
there are 1000s of people in india working on cell solutions. -3G, +3G you name it, they are there. cant throw a stone without
hitting one.
