If you haven't read today's TOI, let me bring the article with the above name to your attention. I don't think it is all "dil da mamla" as the effusive writer tries to portray. I am sure a lot of it has to do with "khopri da mamla".
The fact that a portion of the $400MM goes towards computer education for school children tells me that it is an investment to get Indians to use Windows in stead of Linux. It is an investment for the distant future. However I feel there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
