Demanding rights is certainly not utopian. But demanding right is one thing and doing anything and everything is the name of rights is quite another. That's why there are judicial bodies to interpret these rights, which are binding on all citizens. Can you afford to drive a car without wearing seat belts in this country, claiming that it is within your right not to? Unless you can create your own utopian world, total rights or freedoms are not within the realm of possibility. Therefore rights are not unbridled.
