Good reading. However, I was coming from a different perspective.
It is the same question as: Are the tribals in Assam, who are not Christians, Hindus?
What were the some sections of Miris and Nagas, before they were converted to Hindus by Xong, kordev?
Many a time, we call some tribe as Hindu simply by default, simply because he is not a Christian, Muslim or Buddhist etc. In fact that is one definition of being a Hindu.
