The answer depends on which Hinduism you are talking about:

1) Hinduism by which we mean the reliogions of the people on the east of the river Indus other than Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism etc.

2) Hinduism as defined by the modern Hindu scholars (Ram Mohan roy, Radhakrishnan, Dayanand Saraswati, Swami Vevekananda, and others).

If you mean Hinduism (1) then all Tribals living in India belong to Hinduism. But if you mean Hinduism (2), then it is doubtful how many tribals may be classified into Hinduism.

So you get your pick.
