oh that is astounding fact to me, i never knew that. I was sure there were too many harmful jobs done after the accord during the AGP rule. And unlike here in US where the voters follow up there leaders after they elect them, we have the habit of leaving all to the people we elect. In assam there are too many instances of " kutumbe kutumbak khai". We have to change this.
