Full marks for the keenness of observation.The only option left for DNB now is to whip the people's posterior and teach them how to unite!! Don't we all know that there is some truth,if not absolute,in the age-old Assamese axiom that " raize nokh jukarile noi boi? Or,are we too imbecile to grasp this simple notion?
