Ram,Ram, Ram :-).

Now NGOs are infected too?

What do we do now?

I noticed you recommended they should be good. That was very thoughtful.
But since it appears that many of these are more scams, how to stop them
from ruining it for everyone?

I remember a note from someone in Assam Net, perhaps years back, where
the writer spoke, with disdain, of how a number of kharkhowas were hoping
to form NGOs to milk NRA donations . But I would have to guess that is easier
dreamt than done :-).

What is the bottom line now Ram--do we need more NGOs to save desi-
demokrasy, or just more better NGOs :-)?
