You can't be serious? What if the US were to follow your advice, and institute something like no non-Texan can own property or no non-Missouiran can own propert unless they are blue-eyed/blonde? Would that jell with you? Whatever happened to that one world, no borders solution? If I remember correct, you had advocated as such, several years ago. FYI, Assam is still an integral part of India, and there are many Assamese who also hold property as far away as B'lore or Mumbai (and the US). Your solution would be let illegal B'deshis in and give them the red-carpet, but as for "Indians" ... oh well!
