I do have a print copy of the article,featured in a magazine,known as" India Votes".It was published on August 3,2000 and the writer's full name is Thakur Kuldip S Ludra, retired Lieutenant Colonel Of the Indian Army.I will be more than happy to send a copy to you by way of snail mail, if you donot hesitate to provide me with your mailing address.Meanwhile,I will try my best to scan the same over the weekend,once my copier is fixed. I am really relieved to learn that the author is in error in clamping a pious and noble organization like Assam Watch with the secessionists.
