Your points are well taken.The hype and hoopla centering "GOI-ULFA" talk will wither away in due course of time.The outcome of the proposed talk ( if,at all, take place ) can be prognosticated---the expectation will fall like a house of cards,given the ULFA's past track records.Today, the ULFA's words must be taken with a large pince of salt because it has rarely been consistent in the past.I will eat ground glass---if I am not vindicated.
