I was wondering if we could have some sort of poll - to find how many support what kind of autonomy ---
1. how many want ONLY autonomy over its mineral (and oil wealth)
2. How many want autonomy in operating financial system also - like a separate and indepenednt share market, banking system and forex
3. how many want a separate income tax and sales tax structure
4. how many want military autonomy
5. how many want autonomy to tie up with foreign educational institutions
6. how many want autonomy is inviting foreigners and visa policies etc
