I wonder what Netters think about which group (s) should be involved in talks with Central govt?
ULFA should be talking --or AGP or AASU or Assamese Press or some cultural groups - of groups of school parents or school teachers and professors
I think for a proper policy initiative having ONLY ULFA representing at Delhi --does NOT take a balanced view of ALL the stakeholders of Assam--and what about the tribal population of Assam--I think ULFA has mostly non-tribal Assamese
