Now, now Umesh in all fairness, that is really irrelavant here.  In
order to govern one does not need to be educated or possess
professional skills. Look at GW. His professional skill was limited to
baseball and prance around on a horse. Now, look at him, he has been
elected not once but twice by a supposedly savvy electorate.

Skills can be acquired along the way, and be tailor-made to suit
individual aspirations and needs. After all isn't that what this is
all about?
