Madam,
I am heartened to be able to contact you finally with Dr Michahelles' help. I had heard and read a lot about you at Harvard. May I request you to grant me an audience this week? I am eager to work in Education Policy design, monitoring and evaluation in South Asia, Sub Saharan Africa and Latin America especially. Further, I am open to working on education programs in East Asia, Eastern Europe and Middle East also.
Currently I can work in US for 12 months on the student's OPT visa. I would like to go on for an Ed. D. later on. To start with I am willing to start as a "temp" in the Education Sector wing of the World Bank in any work position and any job . I just want an initial start. I have moved with bag and baggage to DC now and am staying in College Park.
Please find my resume and cover letter attached for your perusal.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Umesh Sharma
