Thanks To all who responded MVZ and its counterpart MVN are two instructions I havent used un many Years. I went back and Looked at POPs. havent had a need to use them, untill now.
MVZ, MVN, and MVO are highly under-rated. MVO can be used for quick multiplying/dividing by 10.
