Some uses are valid, but not that one. The O attribute has to be used inside of 
a macro, and even then it can only be used with a SETC symbol or parameter. A 
name that does not begin with an ampersand is neither.

O' in front of a entity is valid. It is a "Operation Code Attribute". Of
course, as you pointed out, it can't be used as a plain operand of a DS
instruction.
