It still works to a very limited extent on Windows. To install it you must
rename the downloaded install file type to .ZIP before attempting to install.
Some function is lost when running in Windows compatibility mode. The ADATA
files it expects need to be generated in HLASM 1.4 format, which requires the
use of a special ADATA exit.
