Create a new email and address it to asspwhite.myspamdomain.com (or
whatever your white address is).  Then, add all of the addresses that
you want to pre-populate with in the body of the email, 1 address per
line.  Then send the email and you should see the entries in ASSP's
maillog as being whitelisted.
