Wrong on my estimate of a few days.  I was able to send Fritz a patch
to fix this, this evening.

The config variable "dontUseIPRegexp" is now eliminated again.

In your IP address configuration fields, you can now mix:

        IPv4 prefix     192.168.
        IPv4 range      123.45.67.0-123.45.67.255
        IPv4 CIDR       123.45.67.0/24
        IPv6 prefix     2001:123:456
        IPv6 CIDR       2001:123:456:7800::/56

E.g.,
        acceptAllIP:=::1|2001:123:456::/48|127.|123.45.0.0/16

Ranges and CIDRs still require the Net::IP::Match::Regexp module be
installed.
