Set your "Relay Host" to the IP of the mail server that will be the one
to send mail outbound. "Relay Port" is the IP:port which your ASSP
installation listens on for emails from your main mail server. This
same port, you will configure in your main mail server for your "Out"
traffic.

So, from the looks of your setup, you're using an additional smtp
listener on your main mail server which will be forwarding traffic out
to the Internet. You're not using the standard port assignments that
ASSP uses (which is fine). So, just to make things clear, I'll define
an example. Really, the ports can be what you want them to be (Except
Exchange 2007 has to use port 25 for everything I believe)

Inbound:
Internet -> ASSP (SMTP Listen Port 25) -> Mail Server Default SMTP
Server(SMTP Destination port 125)

Outbound:
Client -> Mail Server Default SMTP Server -> ASSP (Relay Port Port 225)
-> Mail Server Secondary SMTP Server Outbound only (Relay Host Port 25)
-> Internet

If you're having problems with mail being blocked, make sure you're
granting relay privileges to ASSP's IP Address.

As far as I know, you will not need to use Second Listen Port or
Destination in this setup.

Kind Regards,
Brett
