uh oh. I spoke a bit too soon. I've got a new problem that's forcing
me to drop back to 16.11.

In 16.11, I've got it configured to add:

X-Assp-Message-Totalscore
X-Assp-Spam (AddSpamHeader)
X-Assp-Spam-Level (AddLevelHeader)
X-Assp-Spam-Reason (AddSpamReasonHeader)

All of these worked in 16.11...and NONE of those headers is appearing
when I run RC9. There are other headers missing as well, such as my
custom AddCustomHeader, as well as X-Assp-Intended-For (AddIntendedForHeader).

The problem is, my mail server sorts spam into special SPAM folders
based on these headers...so now that ASSP is not including the
headers, the spam is flowing through to peoples' IN boxes.

I checked, and all of the settings are configured...but ASSP is not
writing the headers.
