I'll not make any more changes to the sub ConfigMaillog . This is one of
the most complex and difficult code parts of assp!

[Assp-test] More log display stuff

I love the new "wrap at" setting when displaying the maillog in the admin
iterface.

It looks like clicking on "Search" without entering any criteria is the
way
to make this take effect. Is that right? Would it be a good idea to
have
a "Apply Wrapping" button to make it more clear?

I would like to see the ability to alter:
1) How many k of the log are shown, an on demand MaillogTailBytes setting
if
you will.
2) The number of lines to search. I see 100,000, last log file, or last 2
log files, but it would be great if we could enter an arbitrary number of
lines in the current log or how many log files to search (so I could
search
the last 10 logs if I wanted - with the understanding that this slows down
assp).

Also:
Is there any way that we could get the search process to start a new
thread
- and would that allow searches while allowing new connections? Searches
are usually necessary mid day when someone reports a problem. I'm trying
to
make it so that there's no impact on smtp sessions while I search

With Auto, I get tons of lines like:
Oct-14-09 21:56:49 IP 1.2.3.4 (1.2.3.4) matches allowAdminConnectionsFrom
I have ipmatchlogging on as I want to know when a bad ip is found, etc,
but
I don't need to know about the allowAdminConnectionsFrom match. Any way
to
turn this off, and does it make sense?

If I had connection logging on, every time I do a refresh or apply on the
admin interface, or reload the logs, I get another connection (which I
know
it's making). Any way of just showing the initial login session and not
every reconnection?
