Another couple suggestions / requests:

1) I think it's a good idea if we remove the text at the bottom that's in the:

For defining any full filepathes, always use slashes ("/") not
backslashes. For example: c:/assp/certs/server-key.pem !

.... [several paragraphs] ...

'kill -HUP 1524' will load settings from disk. 'kill -USR2 1524' will
save settings to disk.

It's important info, but shouldn't be fixed at the bottom of the
screen IMO. Can you make it be a popup div like you have when you
hover over the name of a setting and it shows default information?

That way you'd save a TON of space. You could then also put the load
config, panic , apply buttons along with a new "setting notes" (the
hover text starting point) on one line.

2) For useDB4IntCache, the description says:
ASSP uses some internal caches that could grow to a large number of
entries. Switch this on, if you want ASSP to use less memory and be a
little slower (not marginal).

Marginal is the same thing as a little. We say a "little slower" but
then say not marginal, so I find this confusing...

3) I request (again) that on the left menu, we tighten up the options
at the top,

Expand All Collapse All sorted
manage users

Could easily go on one line:

All + - Collapse All Sorted Users

use + and - icons for the collapse icons

Thanks.
