Can you explain how you can make such a confident statement? There are  
conditions where you can make it work, though if you just enter in  
their IP's in resolv.conf and think that is going to work for you,  
that is not correct.

By default, openDNS will resolve 100% of all DNS requests, unless you  
open an account with them, can you explain to me how that is  
compatible with any server at all, be it DNSBL, DNSWL, SMTP etc?

It is also against their terms to do so, it is for non commercial home  
use.

$dig foo.bar.com.bl.spamcop.net @208.67.222.222 +short
208.67.219.132

Somehow, that does not seem like an answer I want back, I want back a  
nxdomain answer.
