Hi Steve, Yes, I have seen this too! It means that the mail send is [DenyStrict] because the sent mail is being present on a known BLACKLIST!! Please check the IP with http://www.robtex.com/ something like this: http://www.robtex.com/ip/216.32.180.12 .html#blacklists Personally, I alert / contact all my mail users with reports like this, they often do not know they are on blacklists!
