That is exactly how it works.
A user will send a mail to the address in EmailBlockReport, e.g
assp-blockreport@assp.local.
The user will get a report over the last 5 days. Everyline has a
resend-button. The user clicks the button, and an email is send to
ASSP reqesting a resend of the mail.

Instead of the user requesting a report,  you can set up daily reports
for one or many or all users.
THis is done by changing BlockReportFile.
The syntax is: QueryAddress=>ReportRecipient=>ReportDays
There may be one or many lines with this syntax. For example:
user@domain and user@domain=>user@domain - will send a report for this
user to this user

It should be easy to test this with one user.
