UPDATE
I removed Net:SSLeay and reinstalled.
I now see OpenSSL-lib 1.0.2c 12 Jun 2015 1.0.2c / 1.0.1h in the info.
GREAT.

I did NOT install OpenSSL exe's though.  I guess that's my last question
for now, are you saying I need to?
