On larger systems - admins are professionals - they will know how to
maintain 'localDomains' automaticaly.

Like I said

localDomains has been since changed and its no longer >handled by your
server at all
it email you recieve is in localDomains there is no doubt that is
local (since you recieved it) but for tests like DoNoSpoofing ,
localDomains is a stale source of information that could have changed
at any time (by change of MX records)
there is a need for adresing this - maybe check MX record every time
to determine is domain is local instead of localDomains or maybe check
MX every 30 minutes and make temp list of local domains.
