1. I can't post to the list from my bowmanent.com email address. I keep on
getting a error: 550 Sender verify failed.
2. If a sender of an email is not on the whitelist, their email is
automatically tagged as spam and put in the spam folder. Is this normal?
If it is, how do I stop it from automatically considering emails from
senders that are not on the whitelist as spam? Every email from a sender
that is not on the whitelist is getting a spam score of 1. I put ASSP back
in test mode because of this. I want ASSP to reject spam that fails the
Bayesian test. I don't want ASSP to reject all mail from senders that are
not on the whitelist; no, I don't have that option selected in ASSP. Please
Help; My users are going to be so annoyed.
3. I forwarded as an attachment an email from a sender that I wanted to get
added to the redlist but the sender was never added to the redlist. Yes,
the Email Interface is enabled and I do have an [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ _ _ _.com
specified. Yes, it is a bogus domain. Yes, I did create the MX and A
records for it on my DNS server. ASSP put the email I sent in the notspam
folder. I checked the redlist; the sender hasn't been added.
