Did I ask for 'assurances'? No.

I simply asked for a worst-case/best-case scenario of how badly a server 
might be able to be compromised 'through' a vulnerability in ASSP. Ie, 
could a server be 'rooted', or maybe just email lost?

I asked this on the primary support email list for ASSP, where I know 
the primary developer of ASSP happens to reside. I asked because I 
genuinely DON'T KNOW.

Anyway, I'm sorry you don't see the relevance of the question.
