Sorry Fritz, but that is incorrect.  Read the FAQ on the gnu.org 
website.  Under GPL, he is free to distrubte ASSP.  He is also allowed 
charging for his install scripts that install ASSP into Cpanel as long 
as he makes it blatantly aware that ASSP is covered under the GPL and 
completely free.  He is allowed selling software along side of software 
covered under GPL.  He can even modify ASSP and sell his scripts as long 
as he keeps the previous requirement and also provides the original 
source.  He isn't selling a GPL product.  He is distributing (if he 
actually provides ASSP when he provides the scripts, which I'm going to 
assume he does).  He is selling his own-written scripts which automate 
installation.  I do not believe that is a violation of the GPL.  If you 
still do, you are free to sue him if you are the original author and/or 
GPL holder.
