For  me  ASSP  1.3.3.2(8)  runs  like  the  older  versions (1.3.2 and
before) on a W2k3 Dualprocessor.
There  are  short  50% spikes from from clamav (but I never got more
than 70% on a single CPU)

So I can not confirm these 100% "system" peaks.
Which  process  tooks the 100% (I only have a User system - owning
different  processes).  Maybe  the  second  process  is  from SQL oder
Mialserver?
