Hi! thanks for the answer. I tried with the 1.3.1 but the problem remains. there must be something else. can it be that the perl runtime cannot open the sockets? i dont think the problem is really caused by assp, since it was running for 3 months and now not anymore. i already downloaded a fresh installation and tried that one without success. i reinstalled perl, also no success.
