I restarted already a few times ;)

I know it looks like it is running, but no - it is not.

There is entry "perl" in the taskmanager. I cannot telnet 25 or 5555. And
when I change to port and I start the service (I also tried as no service)
it can not create the sockets on the other ports.

Now, it does not sound like that. ASSP cannot open port 55555. The
only one who opened 55555 was ASSP. SO: 


ASSP IS ALREADY RUNNING!

restart the server
