Blocking NDRs that didn't originate from your SMTP server should be 
doable by blocking messages with a null sender (<>) that don't originate 
from your SMTP server... but I'm not familiar enough with the SMTP 
protocol to know what other, possibly legitimate mail this might block.

I'd think there would be a way to do this by using header checks, but it 
hasn't been a problem for me so I haven't needed to look for a solution 
yet...
