Like I say. This server is multi purpose. Our second line mail scanner
also exists on this server and that needs the on-access scanner to
function. It has several other jobs as well

As we are a small outfit the high CPU usage was an annoyance more than a
hinderance but I have now excluded the ASSP directory as well.
